High Speed DeNISTing
PG Pinpoint can provide a much quicker turn around on forensic and electronic discovery jobs by eliminating 'known' file types identified by the NIST (National Institute of Science and Technology) upfront. The NIST list contains more than 34 million hash values for operating system and application files. PG Pinpoint can identify these files at a rate of 300-500mb per minute.

Legal departments, forensic examiners and service bureaus can benefit from using PG Pinpoint by filtering a large percentage (often 30-50%) of the files from custodians prior to processing or review. Due to the significant reduction in production cost users can often pay for PG Pinpoint after 'deNISTing' just a few custodians.

High Speed Data Conversion
PG Loader (PGL) incorporates custom Conduits that allow users to perform quick conversion and processing between database applications and text files. Pivotal Guidance is constantly adding new Conduits to its library and also builds custom conduits if needed.

PGL Conduits are built on PGI's new Data Interchange Suite (DIS) which is a specialized development language that allows PGI to build custom conversions in a fraction of the time than programming with conventional tools.
